With regard to job assignment and business operations, Reed Elsevier Group encourages employes to expand their scope of operations and enhance their skills through job rotation among several countries, and runs recruiting section on its intranet for this purpose. Recruiting section on aREna is registering brisk usage, while about 33% of all the job openings posted in the recruiting section are filled internally.
